Why do I keep needing to sign in every time I want to read the Art of Living?

This may happen due to your computer or phone's settings which will open the link in a default web browser, as this may not be the same browser that you signed up on.

(ie: if you use Safari to sign up to the website and then click on the link in your email, but your device automatically opens the link in a Chrome browser window, it will ask you to sign in again.)

When using the same internet browser, on the same device, without clearing any cookies, you won't be required to sign in again.

I have signed up on my phone, do I also need to sign up to the website on my PC?

Yes, the link sent to your email is for you to sign in on the same device, rather than verify your email address (ie: it is not a verification link). When using the same internet browser, on the same device, without clearing any cookies, you won't be required to sign in again.

Please note that this means you will need to repeat the sign in process every time you use a different browser or a new device.
